Accushield offers the ability to run an Evacuation (EVAC) Report from your mobile device. Having access to your community’s EVAC Report in a mobile capacity helps you account for your residents and visitors during an emergency drill or real evacuation scenario. 


Your mobile EVAC Report shows you a list of all residents that are in the building, as well as a list of residents signed out of the building. Additionally, you can see providers and guests who are currently in the building with an open visit. 


To view an EVAC Report on any device, you must have a valid username and password for the online Dashboard. If you do not have access to the Dashboard, please send an email to CommunitySupport@accushield.com to have an account created.

IPHONE

ACCESSING YOUR EVAC REPORT 


Open dashboard.accushield.com/evac_report in the Safari browser and log into the Accushield online Dashboard web application. Then, click the “share” icon in Safari.


                 



Click “Add to Home Screen” and then “Add” to save the EVAC report page to your phone’s home screen as an app. In case of emergency or drill,  your EVAC report will now be easily accessible.


             



ANDROID DEVICE 

Accessing your EVAC report


Go to http://dashboard.accushield.com/evac_report  and sign in to your online Dashboard account to view your evacuation report.


         



Your EVAC report will automatically default to your Main Building. If you are utilizing the buildings feature and have more than one building listed in your Dashboard account, click on the dropdown menu to view the appropriate building’s EVAC report.


           



To add your Dashboard EVAC report as an app on your home page, click the three dots on the top right of the screen, as seen in the image below, select “Add to Home screen” and then select “ADD”.


           



Your Dashboard EVAC report will now be found on your Android’s home screen.
