To order badge tape for your community, please send an email to badgetape@accushield.com and include the following information:
- Your name and title
- The name and address of your community
- The number of rolls of badge tape you would like to order. Badge tape can only be ordered in quantities of 3 rolls and the cost is $18 per roll
- Shipping speed. Our standard shipping is UPS ground from Chicago, IL. Shipping and handling is $18 per order. Please let us know if you would like expedited shipping and we can provide you a quote on the additional cost.
We typically ship orders the same day, but it may take up to two business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. An invoice for your order will be sent separately with 30 day payment terms. If you would like to place your order by phone, please call 1-800-478-5085 extension 202.
To ensure that you do not run out of badge tape and avoid expedited shipping costs, we encourage communities to join our recurring badge tape shipment program. Under this program, we ship you a 3 month supply badge tape every 3 months and invoice you with 30, 60, and 90 day payment terms. We work with you to determine how many rolls of badge tape you need for a 3 months supply and you can adjust it at any time.
