If your Accushield Dashboard ledger is not showing recent visits from your kiosk, follow the steps below


  1. Ensure that your kiosk is connected to Wi-Fi

  2. Once connected to Wi-Fi, your ledger should update within a few minutes.  It can take up to 15-20 minutes if your kiosk has been offline for weeks.
