If your Accushield Dashboard ledger is not showing all visits from your kiosk, follow the steps below

  1. Ensure that your kiosk is connected to Wi-Fi

  2. Once connected to Wi-Fi, your ledger should update within 10min. 

  3. If you need your ledger to update immediately, restart your kiosk.

  4. If your ledger still does not update, contact tech support
