There are a couple of reasons why the photos of your visitors may not be appearing in the community dashboard.

  1. Black Images - If all of your images are black, it is typically due to the camera lens being covered.  (often by the black plastic frame) Please check to make sure the camera lens is indeed under the hole cut out on the black plastic frame.
  2. "Image not Available" - If your images are showing an error prompt stating that the images are not available, please restart your kiosk and try signing in again.  This is a rare occurrence, and restarting the kiosk seems to resolve it.
