Occasionally, clearing the data from the Accushield App will resolve a unique technical issue.  If the kiosk is online and has been reporting visit data to the community dashboard, then it is perfectly safe to clear data without any concern of data loss.  Once data has hit the dashboard, it is safely backed up on multiple servers;  

  • If the data from the kiosk has not made it to the dashboard, please do not clear data.



  • Press the tablet home button through the small pin hole in plastic frame in the middle of the right hand side of the tablet screen, as shown in the image below.  A blue circle will appear.



  • Tap the blue circle
  • Tap the gear icon
  • Tap Security
  • Scroll down the Settings menu on the left side of the screen and tap on Applications
  • Tap Application manager
  • Tap on Accushield
  • Tap on Storage
  • Tap on CLEAR DATA
  • Tap on DELETE
  • You have cleared app data that was saved on the tablet
  • Press the tablet home button again. This will take you back to the Accushield sign in screen
