You have the ability to add your community or corporate logo to your vendor and visitor badges as well as your kiosk screensaver. To upload your logo, Log into your Dashboard account, and click "Community Logo" under the settings tab.
Next, select "Browse" and choose your community or corporate logo from your file folder.
Please upload your community’s logo below in .jpg format. This logo will be displayed on your community's badge, kiosk screensaver and community dashboard. To maximize size on your Guest badges, use a logo with dimensions 2 by 1. (Twice as wide as tall).
Select "Upload" and your logo will be uploaded to your Dashboard.
***Very important*** You will need to restart the application on your kiosk in order for the logo to pull through and begin printing on your badges.
To do this, go to your kiosk and tap five times quickly on the Accushield logo on the white bar at the top of the screen. Then, on the lefthand side of the page you'll have the option to select "Restart App"
Once you select Restart App, your kiosk will reboot quickly and your logo will begin printing on your badges. If you have any issues, please contact CommunitySupport@accushield.com.
In rare cases, depending on Wi-Fi strength and other factors, you may see that the logo still has not updated on your badges. If this is the case, after doing the above you can restart the whole kiosk by holding down the kiosks's power button and selecting restart. That will update the logo settings.
