The Accushield kiosk may need to be restarted for manual updates or troubleshooting reasons. Restarting the app will force any updating tasks that your kiosk may need.
Follow the instructions below for restarting the kiosk app.
RESTART KIOSK APP
- Tap the Accushield logo at the top of the kiosk sign-in / sign-out screen 5-6 times and the "Kiosk Description" page will appear.

- Tap 'Restart App' at the bottom left side of the screen. After about 5 seconds, you should be back to the sign-in / sign-out page and your kiosk will be updated.

- If your kiosk did not update, ensure that it is connected to the internet and then restart the kiosk app again.
- If your kiosk still did not update and you're certain it's connected to the internet, you will need to clear the data on the kiosk. Follow our instructions for how to clear data from the Accushield app on the kiosk and that will force the kiosk to update.
