The Accushield kiosk may need to be restarted for manual updates or troubleshooting reasons. Restarting the app will force any updating tasks that your kiosk may need. 


Follow the instructions below for restarting the kiosk app. 



RESTART KIOSK APP


  • Tap the Accushield logo at the top of the kiosk sign-in / sign-out screen 5-6 times and the "Kiosk Description" page will appear. (Note: Your kiosk sign-in / sign-out screen will be one of the below examples based on which Accushield application is installed on your kiosk.)

  • Tap 'Restart App' at the bottom left side of the screen. After about 5 seconds, you should be back to the sign-in / sign-out page and your kiosk will be updated.

If you still can not restart your kiosk, please send us an email at techsupport@accushield.com or call us at 1-800-478-5085 and select option 2 for communities, option 1 for existing communities, and then option 1 for kiosk support.
