Occasionally, when someone rotates the face of the enclosure towards the front desk (away from the visitor) it will push the weight of the tablet upon the power button and restart the tablet. This can cause the pictures of the visitors to present upside down in the dashboard visit log.
If you notice the pictures of your visitors are upside down in your visit log, then simply restart the kiosk with the tablet facing right side up. The tablet is right side up when the tablet power button is facing up into the air.
