The Accushield Dashboard requires specific permissions for users to navigate your community account. If you needed access to certain settings in the Dashboard, you can request permission changes from your community admin. 

Follow the instructions below to view your current permissions as well as see who is the community admin is for your community. 


  • Sign into your Accushield Dashboard account

  • Navigate to the Staff tab and click Staff Member Accounts

  • The Staff Member Accounts page is where you can view who has a Dashboard account and the permissions each individual is granted. See the checked boxes to the right each name to confirm their permissions.
