This article helps community employees prepare to use the Accushield Mobile app. The mobile app will allow employees to sign in at the Accushield kiosk when entering the community without touching anything other than their phone.
Follow the steps below for employees to access the mobile app.
Accushield Mobile App for Employees
- Any staff in your community using the mobile app and scanner for signing in must have a valid mobile phone number listed in their Dashboard account. See the steps to update an existing staff member in the Kiosk Scanner - Setup Instructions article or see the Creating New Staff Members in the Dashboard article for full instructions on adding staff.
- Have your staff download Accushield Mobile app through the Apple Store or the Google Play Store by searching for "Accushield Mobile".
