The Welcome Message on your SafeCheckN kiosk displays a custom message on the kiosk every time someone signs in. The message can be customized with text or images to create a general greeting, safety precaution information, or an Informed Consent message. 


To edit the Welcome Message in the Dashboard, you must have Admin permissions.  If you don't know if you have Admin permissions, you can click on your staff account on the staff tab in the dashboard.  Note: your location may have named the "staff" category as something else, so it's the tab in the dashboard where all of your employees are listed and their permissions are set.  


Follow the steps below to set up a Welcome Message on your kiosk.


CREATING A WELCOME MESSAGE


  • Sign into your SafeCheckN Dashboard account to create or edit a message

  • Navigate to the Settings tab and click Welcome Message

    Create your message by using text or images and the format settings in the edit windows. You can create both an English and Spanish version of your message. (See the attached "Face Covering" image on this article to use for an image example)
  • Scroll the bottom of the page and click save

  • After clicking save, you must restart the kiosk app on your kiosk for the changes to update. For instructions on how to restart your kiosk, click the link How To Restart the Kiosk App.
