Family members or guest of your residents that visit your community should always sign in specifically as a "Family or Guest" on the kiosk to isolate the guest visit information from all other types of visits. See the instructions below for a family or sign in:


FIRST TIME SIGN-IN


  • Tap Sign-in on Kiosk Screen. 


  • Tap "Guest"  
  • Enter your mobile phone number and select "Next". 



  • Select “No” when asked “Have you used an Accushield kiosk before?”
  • Enter your first and last name
  • Confirm your name
  • Based on the community's configuration, you may need to answer the following questions: 
    • Verify your phone number using the verification code texted to you
    • Scan your driver's license
    • Enter your email address
    • Answer the health screening questions
    • Record your body temperature in the space provided (community staff will take your temperature and give you the temperature reading)
    • Record your Pulse Oximeter reading
    • Enter your vehicle details
    • Read and accept any community policies or information
    • Take your photograph on the "Smile" screen
  • Select either "Visit Resident", "Meet Staff", or "Attend Event" and select who or for what event you are visiting or attending. 



  • Receive your name badge from the printer and wear while in the community (applicable only if badging setting is turned on by community) 
  • Remember to sign out when you leave.


SUBSEQUENT SIGN-INS


  • Tap Sign-in on Kiosk Screen. 


  • Tap "Family or Guest"

 


  • Enter your mobile phone number and click next



  • Based on if the community has enable specific kiosk screens, answer the following questions: 
    • Verify your phone number using the verification code texted to you
    • Scan your driver's license
    • Enter your email address
    • Answer the health screening questions
    • Record your body temperature in the space provided (community staff will take your temperature and give you the temperature reading)
    • Record your Pulse Oximeter reading
    • Enter your vehicle details
    • Read and accept any community policies or information
    • Take your photograph on the "Smile" screen
  • Select either "Visit Resident", "Meet Staff", or "Attend Event" and select who or for what event you are visiting or attending.
    • If visiting a resident, the kiosk will remember that information for your next visit. 



  • Receive your name badge from the printer and wear while in the community (applicable only if badging setting is turned on by community) 
  • Remember to sign out when you leave.
