The COVID-19 Vaccination Cumulative Summary report will tally all Healthcare Personnel (HCP) The HCP (Vendors, Staff and Volunteers) who entered the building over the course of the selected week into their respective Healthcare/ Service Provider categories. This report will show every person who entered the building only once, regardless of how many times the HCP came in. This page has two versions of the report users can download. One version is a stylized report with table listing all HCP categories in the vertical columns contrasted with the various vaccination statuses on the left. The other version of the report is for downloading and uploading to the NHSN - it only has one row of data showing the counts of all the various column labels given by the NHSN.

To view this report, the Document Management feature must be active and you must be collecting the default COVID-19 documents. From the Dashboard, hover over the “Reports” tab, and then select “HCP COVID-19 Vaccination Cumulative Summary.”

From there, you can select a date range by clicking on the date pickers. The NHSN requires data to be reported in a weekly range as defined as a Monday through Sunday,  so first select Monday of the week you need to view. The following Sunday will automatically be selected as the end date. Once you have selected the proper date, click the “Submit” button next to the date pickers. Below you should see a summary tally of the total number of HCP that were eligible to have worked at this healthcare facility for at least 1 day during the week of data collection.  To learn how we sort these categories, please see our “HCP Categories” FAQs article.

Click “Export to CSV” to queue up the report. You will receive an email when the report is ready for download. Alternatively, you can click “View Exported Files” and click the icon next to “Completed” once the file is ready.  You’ll notice there are two “View Exported Files” buttons on this page.  

The one at the top of the page (just next to the “Export to CSV” button) is for downloading the CSV formatted version of the report is for downloading and uploading it to the NHSN using the CDC formatting.  This report only has one row of data showing counts of all the various column labels given by the NHSN. Towards the bottom of the page, you’ll see the other “View Exported Files” button. Downloading this report will give you the “Stylized Report.” This version contains a matrix display of all different HCP categories in the vertical columns contrasted with the various vaccination statuses on the left.
