Below are a list of current staff Dashboard roles that your users may be assigned. Only a Corporate Admin can make other Corporate level roles. As a Corporate user, you will have access to all locations within your Ownership group. 


  • Corporate Admin:
    • Full access to all locations within the Enterprise
    • Full edit rights (settings, residents, staff, etc 


  • Corporate Analyst: 
    • View only access to all locations within the Enterprise 
    • Can view reporting
    • Cannot edit settings, staff, residents, etc.


  • Community Admin:
    • Access to all assigned locations 
    • Full edit rights (settings, residents, staff, etc)


  • Community Analyst: 
    • Access to all assigned locations 
    • Can view reporting 
    • Cannot edit settings, staff, residents, etc. 


  • Community User:  
    • Access to all assigned locations  
    • Access to edit settings and view reports  
    • Cannot edit staff or residents



Assigning or Changing Staff Roles


  • Sign in to the Dashboard
  • Select “Staff” and then “Staff Accounts
  • If assigned a role to a new staff member, click the green "Add"
  • If assigned a role to an existing staff member, check the box next to the staff member you'd like to assign a role and then click "Edit"




  • Scroll down to the Staff Access portion of the page & click the on switch so that they're granted Dashboard Access. In order for someone to receive dashboard access, they will need to have an email address provided in the Staff Details section above - so make sure that field is filled in. 
  • You may be asked to provide them with a password. Our password guidelines are below. They can update their password upon their first log-in to the dashboard.
  • Passwords must have...
    • 8 or more characters
    • Upper and lowercase letters
    • At least one number
    • At least one special character
  • You will then have to choose a role for them from the Access Role dropdown. 



  • Scroll down and choose Save or Update
  • That staff member should now have access to whichever permissions are granted to their role.
  • Reminder: Before being able to log into the dashboard, new dashboard users must verify the provided email address. Accushield automatically sends a verification message to the inbox of whichever email address is provided when creating or updating the staff member.
