If you have activated the COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccine cards in Document Management, then you will see four reports in your reports tab titled ‘Tracking Log’ or ‘Cumulative Summary’ respectively. Additionally, there should be one of each of those reports for both COVID-19 as well as Influenza. 


Active Staff Records


First, we have added all active staff in Accushield to these reports. Previously, we only reported on staff that signed in via Accushield, but now we will show all active staff members with their vaccination status. This empowers you to keep track of the vaccination status of your staff as you will be able to quickly see how many of them are vaccinated or not (or at least whether they have submitted their documents to Accushield).

We have updated the export for this report to match the CDC’s format. When you download this report, you will now see all the appropriate columns present in the CDC’s version, without any additional Accushield columns. As an aside, several of these columns will be blank as Accushield does not track this particular data. For data that is not tracked by Accushield, you will need to manually add those values into the columns of the exported file.
